» Do the suites have air-conditioning?

Absolutely. Air conditioning is essential in Rome - especially during the summer.  Our rooms have full climate control for both the summer and the winter

SELF CATERING

» Are the apartments self-catering?

Yes, each apartment has a fully fitted kitchen and there are many local supermarkets nearby for you to buy provisions.

» Is there a washing machine?

Yes.  Each of our apartments has a washing machine but if you prefer we also operate a laundry service on request with items returned within 24 or 48 hours.

» Is there internet access at the property?
Yes. The Residenza Villa Marignoli offers high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection and the best part is that it's absolutely free.

» When can I check-in?
Check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival

» By when must I have checked out?
Check-out is before 10am on the departure day.  The entire daily fee will be charged if the apartment is not vacated on time.

» Will staff always be available to help me?
Yes – our front desk is available to assist you 24hrs per day.

» Where abouts is the hotel?
The hotel is located adjacent to a beautiful green park known as Villa Borghese and also within walking distance of major tourist sites and the Metro underground system.

» Are there any tourist sites nearby?
Absolutely.  Their are plenty of interesting sights in the vicinity.  Check out our Location page for more information.

» Is it easy to get to the hotel?
On arrival at Termini station, then you can take the Metro Line A to Barberini station and from there you catch bus number 53 to arrive at our door.  Alternatively, we also operate an airport shuttle service for up to 8 persons for a small surcharge.

» What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and major credit cards.
